Register your ECTs & Mentors for our ECF Induction
You can register your ECTs & Mentors at any time, but ideally as soon as possible after recruiting. For any ECTs who already hold QTS and require registering for the Autumn 2024/25 term, please email us at ecf@embrace-education.co.uk as soon as possible.

1. Register with Embrace Appropriate Body Service
You can register your ECTs and Mentors onto our ECT Manager platform here.
In addition to the ECF Induction Programme, it is mandatory that your ECT is also registered with an Appropriate Body for their statutory induction. From September 2023, Local Authorities are no longer able to provide Appropriate Body Services for new ECTs. To keep things simple, we will be using ECT Manager instead of the previous registration form. The information that you provide here will enable us to plan the delivery of the ECF Induction Programme for 2024/25. For further details and prices, please visit Embrace AB Service.
If you would like to register an ECT but do not wish to use the Embrace Appropriate Body Service, please email us at: ecf@embrace-education.co.uk.
2. Register with the DfE
It is mandatory to register with the DfE Portal so that your ECT and Mentor funding is triggered.
To ensure that things run as smoothly as possible, please check to see if your school has nominated (or updated if required) the details of your Induction Tutor on the DfE Manage training for Early Career Teachers service.
