Why complete your NPQ with the National Institute of Teaching?

National Institute of Teaching

Launched in 2022/23, we are delighted to continue our partnership with the new National Institute of Teaching (NIoT) as an Associate College and extending our partnership with the Church of England and Catholic Education Service.

The National Institute of Teaching (NIoT) is run by the School-Led Development Trust, a charity, founded by four of the country's leading school trusts: the Harris Federation, Outwood Grange Academies Trust, Oasis Community Learning and Star Academies, and supported by the Department of Education.

The NIoT will boost the quality of teacher and leader develoment nationally by generating and interpreting research, applying the insights to the design and delivery of high-quality teacher and school leader development programmes, and sharing it all with the sector.

The National Institute of Teaching are building a school-led movement, strengthening relationships and collaboration across the system.

Embrace Teaching School Hub is delivering the full suite of NIoT NPQs, facilitated by outstanding teachers and leaders from within our Hub network.

If you previously started a NPQ with the School-Led Network, you still have the opportunity to complete this with their remaining cohorts. They will be completing their Final Assessment with Cohorts 3 and 4 in either October, February or April this academic year, depending on the NPQ programme.
